The organiser of this competition is DriPak Ltd.
Participation is open to all natural persons over the age of 18, resident in the UK, with the exception of the participating companies DriPak Ltd, advertising agency „Little Media Agency Ltd“ as well as their relatives (1st and 2nd degree relatives) and household members. Participation via fully automatic sweepstake entry is excluded. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. 1 participation per household is possible. Only 1 prize per household is possible.
Participation is only possible within the mechanics mentioned in the sweepstakes description: Purchase Dri-Pak’s Pure White Vinegar from any Waitrose store, and submit your receipt to Dri-Pak via Instagram Direct Message. The first 5 to submit their receipt will be selected as the winners. Users must be following Dri-Pak on Instagram to be eligible to enter. The closing date is 3 November 2025 at 23:59, or when 5 winners have been found, whichever is first.
With their participation, the participants herewith declare their full acceptance of these participation conditions. With their participation, the participants herewith agree to the storage, use and processing personal data in the context of naming and using image rights free of charge and for an unlimited duration.
The first 5 participants to send Dri-Pak their receipt will win:
- A gift card from John Lewis and Waitrose & Partners to the value of £100.
A resale of the respective prize, in particular also via the Internet, is not permitted. A cash payment of the prize is not possible. Shipping is only possible within the UK. The legal process is excluded. The data requested must be provided truthfully.
In the event of an undeliverable prize or if the winner does not respond within the two-week period specified in the prize notification, the claim to the prize shall lapse and DriPak shall be entitled to use the prize for other purposes. In the event of an undeliverable prize shipment, DriPak is not obliged to make further inquiries in this respect. The claim to the prize is not transferable. An exchange is excluded. This applies likewise to any warranty claims.
Exclusion from participation:
DriPak is entitled to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violation of the conditions of participation, attempted manipulation, etc. Furthermore, persons who use unauthorised aids or obtain or attempt to obtain advantages through other manipulation will be excluded from the competition. Anyone who provides false personal details may be excluded from the competition or have their prize withdrawn. The same applies for an event of breach of these conditions or an attempt at technical manipulation.
Agreement with naming and use of image rights:
By participating in the sweepstakes, the participant agrees that in case of winning, his/her last name and first name and content posted by the participant may be published within the DriPak social media channels.
Data protection:
The information collected within the scope of the sweepstakes will be used exclusively for processing within the scope of participation in the sweepstakes (determination and notification of the winner, verification of compliance with the conditions of participation and transfer of the prize). The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to process the competition and check whether the prize has been won. In the event of winning, the participant agrees that his/her name (and picture) may be published free of charge by the organiser or its affiliated companies and used for advertising purposes concerning the competition. This does not imply the winner’s consent to advertising mailings to him/her. This consent can be revoked at any time for the future. The revocation has no effect on the winning case. A cash payment or an exchange of the winnings is not possible. The winnings are not transferable. Insofar as there is a tax liability on the winnings, the participant undertakes to duly pay such taxes. Upon dispatch of the prizes, the obligations of DriPak from the competition expire. The organiser reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to terminate, modify or interrupt the competition at any time in whole or in part for good cause (determined in the sole discretion of DriPak) without prior notice and to exclude individual participants for good cause.
The participant has the right to request information about which personal data about him or her is stored by DriPak by means of a corresponding request in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). He can request the correction of stored data if it is incorrect. He can have data concerning him blocked or deleted by us. Excluded from deletion are data that are required for the processing of outstanding tasks or for the enforcement of one’s own rights and claims, as well as data that must be retained in accordance with legal requirements. The customer is free to revoke his consent to the storage, use and processing of data at any time. The revocation must be in text form and is to be addressed to generalenquiries@dripak.co.uk.
In the event of an effective revocation, the organiser will delete the customer’s personal data.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its cooperation partners shall only be liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions, provided that the damages were caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or as a result based on the non-existence of a guarantee. No liability is assumed for loss of data, or for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded regardless of the legal grounds.
Exemption Meta
This promotion/giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organised by Meta (Instagram/Facebook). The recipient of the information provided by participants is not Meta (Instagram/Facebook) but DriPak. In the event that third parties should have claims (e.g. claims for damages or injunctive relief) against DriPak or Meta (Instagram/Facebook) in connection with participation in the promotion/raffle, the participant indemnifies DriPak or Meta (Instagram/Facebook) from these claims.
To the extent permitted by law, these conditions are subject to UK law. Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the void provision.
