Laundry Cleaning Tips

How to Re-Fluff your towels

Over time towels can become hard and stiff as a result of hard water and left over washing powder residue. But there is a quick and easy way to re-fluff your towels using Soda Crystals and White Vinegar.

To regain that fluffy feeling, start by soaking your towels in warm medium solution of Soda Crystals, and allow to soak for 10minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Once rinsed, wash the towels in the machine as normal, ensuring you use the amount of detergent as recommended. Add half a cup of White Vinegar to the fabric conditioner section department in the drawer, when the machine is filling up with water.) Finally, rinse and spin towels well, and allow to dry thoroughly on a washing line or in a tumble drier on a medium heat.
